The bed offers great head room and body space for the lower bunk, and the upper is thoroughly comfortable for an adult! The stairs are a great advantage over the more common ladder. They look cool, add storage, and are fun for kids while being much safer than the ladder. The wood is a nice color; it goes with most anything else in the room. I bought this from Amazon Marketplace, straight through a sell partner (Visiondecor Furniture). I apparently made an error trying to order from my phone, and ended up with two units on my inventory instead of just one. This could have been a real problem, but the Amazon customer assistance communications ideas was superb, and Visiondecor was breathtaking to deal with. The problems were all cleared up. I didn't have to buy two beds! Yay! I strongly propose the bed, Amazon, and Visiondecor. All winners!
